I have spent a better part of my time lately around water bodies. I would sit ashore and watch the peaceful body of water laze around and wonder what the guys who travel by sea or rivers do? Could this be me yearning to be sailor? Absolutely not. This mind wandering activity only led my heart to our business sphere. I have a deep respect for brands who put in the work and serve their clients, followers and customers satisfaction. Being an active social media user, I have seen the wonders of what the use of social media can do to businesses but where I get usually worried is when brands put in little or no work and blow trumpets on social media.
